OUR MISSION
Biosphere Candidate Vindelälven-Juhtatdahka is working with sustainable social development throughout the Vindel River valley. On behalf of Unesco, we are working to find local solutions to global challenges.

OUR ROLE
We work in many different ways to find local solutions to global challenges with four perspectives in mind.

INSPIRATIONAL – To inspire people who live and work in our biosphere reserve to find its role within sustainable development

MEDIATE – To help people, organizations, ideas, knowledge and funding to come in contact with each other
PROJECT OR ACTION LEAD – To support and lead projects
ACT ARENA – To offer a neutral arena about what is a sustainable society where different interests can meet to increase understanding of each other’s ambitions.

Our role is primarily to create conditions and facilitate others to contribute to sustainable development.

OUR VISION
